This diet is killing me :rofl: Can anyone tell me it's worth it? :dohh:

Basically the first 2 weeks you have to give up pretty much everything except some meat and some veg :-/ Bit hard at breakfast time! Then you move onto Phase 2 which is basically Phase 1 with added carbs like you can have a few things you couldn't before like fruit and I think yoghurt. It's bloody hard work Sarah!! :( lol
 
Lol oh dear i dont think i will try this 1, will have to google it haha
