Either day 3 or 4 - whichever you feel more comfortable with just really depends on how much of a 'boost' you want!

My FS said NOT to increase it within the same cycle...my pills are 50mg so I am doing 100mg CD3-7 and if no ovulation NEXT cycle I can increase to 150mg for CD3-7

He also said if you ovulate on your own, even if it's late, that SI can really derail your cycle...just an FYI from what my specialist told me.

SI is also known for drying up CM so be sure to have some PreSeed on hand, or use EPO up to ovulation if you're into that ..I'm using 1000mg of EPO every night until O

I o on my own but very late, i took 80 80 160 260 200 cd 3~7, cd16 now and so far nothing:/ I'm hoping to o around CD 20, that would bring o up a week. I took it before bed and had no side . Next month im upping dose and doing day 2-6. Good l luck!

I upped my dosage in the first cycle I took it. I did

CD 3 - 34 mg
CD 4 - 34 mg
CD 5 - 136 mg
CD 6 - 136 mg
CD 7 - 204 mg

And got pregnant that cycle

So I think it effects everyone differently

A little history: I had a miscarriage November 4, 2012. Following a full month of bleeding, my cycles were finally regular at 33 days consistently. Instead of going back to the fertility specialist I decided to try Soy Iso. I took it days 3-7. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances DH and I weren't able to try this cycle. Now, I am on CD 35 and I KNOW I am not preg because well there was no BD'ing this month. I am concerned that I have now thrown my cycles way off. I have Clomid waiting for me, but I can't very well take it until I get my period. Has anyone else experienced this with Soy? Should I be concerned? I am mad at myself for even trying them at this point because my cycles were finally regular (after almost a year of irregular cycles that could last anywhere from 40 days to over 100). Help!!!

CD 7 - 204 mg

And got pregnant that cycle

But to amend my earlier post, i had gotten neg opks but todays was very close, i was gonna call it pos until my cb advanced gave nothing but a circle, well, i took another cb around an hr ago and got my high! I'm assuming I'll hopefully get my peak tomorrow and O on CD 18!! Moved up from cd27! Def gotta start bding, if i do o that much earlier, even if I get a bfn, I'll be so happy!!!!

I've done alot of research on soy isoflavones and really really want to try it my leftnovary is not producing a lot of eggs so I'm hoping it will work we have been trying for baby #1 for 19months
I really really hope it works for us

We tried for 2+ years, I wasn't ovulating every month (suspected but not diagnosed PCOS) ... first cycle using Soy and a handful of other things resulted in BFP!
