Been ttc for baby number 2 for nearli 2 years now to find out i have pcos an dont ovualte that much so my friend suggested to take soy as she became pregnant from it af got me saturday so i decied to take soy on cd3 monday been takin 120mg for cd3&4 just taken 160mg today for cd5 an for c6&cd7 am gana 200mg fingers crossed.. Anoybody tryed this xx

will let you no, im on like cd 15 and took it day 3 to 7 also i took phytolife ones took 100,100 100 150 150 but so far no O niggly every so often in ovary area but thats it
i also temp and taking b6 and epo

I did this for a few cycles, no ovulation occurred.

I tried variations each cycle, the last (this cycle) I took CD3-7 200mg, all 5 days. Nothing at all happened, no response. Took clomid for CD 13-17 (medically prescribed) at 100mg, and had 2 follies of good size, fast forward 1 week after my scan and I have had confirmation that I ovulated this cycle. I am now waiting till next week to hopefully get a bfp. So sadly Soy Iso's did nothing for me on either occasion.

Mild pco right side ovary (the side that this month did the best work i've managed, but with medications for OI).

I've tried it this month, day 5-9, started with 120 and last two days, I took 160. Pretty sure I am ovulating right now on day 16, had 2 positive ovulation tests the last 2 days and pretty bad ovulation pain today, ouch! If only the boyfriend were here today , he's out of town today until tomorrow so I really hope that we didn't miss our chance... didnt have a temp shift yet, so I am still hoping...
Usually I ovulate on day 21 or not at all thanks to pcos. I am a strong believer in soy as an alternative to clomid for some women, from my experience it makes me ovulate much stronger and earlier.

Ooo thats so good am on my last day today day 7 so am keeping my hopes up i got pcos thats why i have started taking this x

I keep my fingers crossed for ya, sugar! Do you use ovulation prediction kits? Think they are really helpful because soy can change your usual ovulation date. They are pretty cheap on amazon.

I guess it's the 2 week wait for me now... puh, patience...

I really hope it works this months, because next months I am away from the boyfriend for 2 weeks and the month after, I have an x-ray *fertility testing*, so I am not allowed to ttc then.

I am pretty positive though because of the strong o-pains.
