Soy Isoflavones Dosage

I have a bottle that says Soy Isoflavones 50mg, Isoflavones 20mg. Is the starting dose of 80-100mg based on the Soy Isoflavones or Isoflavones dose? I don't want to take too much or too little, thanks!

I think it's based on the soy isoflavones. I'm thinking of starting soy iso in my next cycle. What days are you taking them? X
