Hi everyone,
I was wondering if anyone tried soy isoflavones or egg white or anything else? I just read about these options today and am curious about your experiences. Especially the soy sounds interesting.
Thanks!

Hello, :hi:

I have not tried soy yet although I did buy a bottle. I have read that It works just like clomid and that you should take twice the dose it took you to ovulate on clomid. so if it took 50mg for you to ovulate on clomid the same dose of soy will be 100mg.

I will be using soy if This injectable cycle doesn't work. (BUT IT WILL WORK!) while we save up for another and while I try to lose some weight. I am unsure about how I will respond to it though as I didn't respond at all to clomid.

Have you taken clomid yet?

Baby#1 I became pregnant first cycle using soy.

Baby#2 I'm on my 4th cycle and still not got a bfp, going to give it a break if I'm not this cycle tho.

I tried soy for a little while and didn't really have much luck with it. I'm heading the clomid route soon so hopefully I'll have better luck with that.

I used Soy in the past, but didn't get a bfp. I stopped because it pushed O to cd16/17 from my normal 13 or 14. But, I started again this cycle from day2 to 7. Still ovulated on cd13. We shall see if it works this time around! If you have Estrogen Dominance, you won't want to use Soy. So you may want to Google the symptoms of that first.

I have used egg whites, even though I catch hell for it on these boards. :haha: I didn't get an infection or anything scary, but didn't get a bfp either.

Good luck! :dust:
