Soy Isoflavones side effects?

Hey everyone
I took 200mg of soy cds 1-5
I had ov pains for like 3 days so I might be 5-7 dpo
Right now I'm having a low backache and cramps/aches in my hips. And every so often pinching,burning in my ovaries. Also, some nausea Could these be side effects from the soy?

I have taken soy for 2 cycles. They first time I did get my BFP & I now have a beautiful 13 month old. I also took it last cycle & I believe I had a chemical pregnancy. The only symptoms I got were pretty severe headaches while taking it. I had more fertile cm, and my o pains were much more intense. I didn't get any side effects after ovulation. Good luck!

This is my second cycle of soy and I've had a few symptoms but not during the TWW, I had minor cramps, lots more EWCM and it makes me incredibly emotional around ovulation to the point where I cry or get angry at everything.

I know that this is a little late, but I am wondering about those side effects, too. I started out at a lower dosage and worked my way up to the max of 200mg. Example: CD 3 was 80mgs, CD 4 was 120mgs, CD 5 was 160mgs, CD 6 was 200mgs, and I'm on CD 7 which will be another 200mgs. I've experienced the headaches, ovary cramping/aching/twinges and all around achy feeling down there. It wasn't until I took the 200mg dose that the back pain started. This is my first cycle using S.I. What has been your experience with it since this posting? Any updates? I had a chemical pregnancy last month, so I'm hoping this works... finally. We had a blighted ovum three years ago while on our last cycle of clomid and with the help of an infertility specialist. I was heart broken after trying for two years, so we took a break. I ovulated on my own last month and we were almost successful, so now, my hope is restored, I suppose. Wishing everyone in the TTC community lots of baby dust!

So glad I found you guys!! I took SI CD3-7 first 120, 120, 160, 160, 200. Monday the 3rd was CD 7 and today I was feeling twinges in my right ovary, but also now am experience a very terrible headache I also have been having some pain under my ribs on the left side, more than likely unrelated, but who knows...

Hi ladies, I have taken soy, got my bop first time and she is now 13 months old! I have also taken it once more but missed ovulation as I was poorly (not due to soy) I never got any side effects after ovulation, but it makes me very moody for the days I take it!

Also, to avoid the headaches ladies, take it before bed xx
