I'm starting them tonight, on cd3. I'm taking 150mg a day, for 5 days, up to cd7.
Does anyone have any experience with soy? I've done my research and it's basically a natural alternative to clomid; it's used to shorten cycles by bringing ovulation forward, and making for a 'stronger' ovulation. When trying to find actual real-life results or stories though, I've struggled.
I've heard there can be side-effects like headaches and an upset stomach too. I do ovulate on my own but usually over cd25, making my cycles 40 - 60 days long! I'm desperate to shorten them, having only 7 fertile windows each year sucks![Sad :( :(](/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/icon_sad.gif)
Thanks for reading![flower :flower: :flower:](/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/flower.gif)
