Soy ladies- a question

This is my first cycle using soy. Yesterday I took my first dose like right before I went to bed, so if there were any side effects I didn't notice them. But today I took it a bit earlier, and I'm noticing some nausea. I'm wondering if this is a side effect that's common?

(Also, if my times seem a bit weird- my husband works nights, so I go to bed at 8 in the morning. haha. I take the soy before going to bed.)
