Soy mid cycle?????

Hi ladies i wanted some advice i am currently on cd37 and i have been having signs of ovulation but it not actually happening!!

So i wanted to ask of i could start Soy mid cycle Damn having irregular periods!!!

Well how long are your cycles normally? Ihonestly probably would if I had long cycles. I mean what could it hurt? But I am not actually that educated on them, so you may wanna take my opinion with a grain of salt.

My last cycle was 190+ days and i had a period in july. Had to take Northisterone to stop a long heavy bleed and i had a period when i came off the tablets (a normal 7 day period) Then i spotted for a week last week!! My body is pretty out of wack
