Soyand Angus castus??

Hello all, would like some advice please?

Can I take Angus castus and soy isoflavones together?

I'm trying to regulate my cycles and ensure I ovulate on time.

When should i take them and what dose? Any side effects??

Don't think so cornish, soy blocks your oestrogen so your body makes more, agnus castus balances your progesterone and oestrogen, its an either or thing really, oonly take agnus castus until you ov though not after!
