I have had it since 18 weeks. Didnt have it with my DS so not sure how to make it go away. Was in tears about it last night as it is so sore I dont know how the heck I am going to give birth when I cant even open my legs

Stephwiggy what operation did you have? Physio mentioned I might have to go into a wheelchair.. With a 21 month old?? Yeah right!
you know what the wheelchair may only have to be for big shopping trips etc so dont panic !!! and dont think about the operation as its only been carried out about 10 times in the UK its very rare !!! and it is do able - just limit you activity - so down stairs in the am and not again till bed time !! if need be you can always get someone to bring alll you willl need down stairs for the day !! if its the loo thats upstairs a camode can be borrowed from you OT (its not as bad as it sounds !!!
have you been told that you can take co-codamol - also are you getting physio maybe you need it more often
do you use a support belt - also a tube a grip on top of clothes helps alot -
with kiddo - get on line and get him a desk or alike so he can do crafty stuff and or see if you can get him into a playgroup a few mornnings a week
I will be happy to help with any specif questions just ask or PM me if you prefer - i suffered from 12 weeks with my son and have never really stopped - i had a very severe case !! so i have been there and done thats so to speak xxxx
