I'm 26 weeks pregnant and have spd. I never had this with my first little girl so it has been such a shock to be in this much pain!
I had my first physio appointment today and they have given me crutches! So for the next fourteen weeks looks like I will be walking round on those!
Anyone else suffering with it?

I've had spd with all my pregnancies. Never ended up on crutches though. I just plod along. Nothing works for me so not much I can do.

Yip. That was me last pregnancy and its started already and I'm only 15 weeks. It sucks. I made my physio appointment today so expect I'll be on crutches soon too

Yep too be honest I dont think the crutches will do much for me, ive got them more as a 'just incase'
The pain is really bad though, I really didn't know it would hurt this much!!

I had it in my last pregnancy.
Have you been given a pelvic girdle? That helps distribute the weight more
