Anyone else have this and tips on making it more comfortable to walk?

Yes I have it and its horrible!!! Get booked in for physio through your midwife I have it tomorrow let you know how it goes - they will give me belts and things like that and crutches if/when it gets too bad!! Bless you its so painful, I am lying with pillows every where but still doesnt take the pain away just makes it feel a bit better if that makes sense x

Spoke to a midwife earlier and she said it's more than likely SPD, soooo painful to walk at the min. Seeing my midwife on the 12 oct so if I can last that long I'll aak her about seeing someone.
Let me know how it goes xx

You can try a bump support belt in the meantime! It will take some weight off your pelvis and make it a little better x

Ive had it for 5 weeks now and it is getting worse with the weight, ask to be booked with physio now as by 12th oct u should have an app for it if not u will have to wait until after that..... I will let you know but seriously get booked up. They apparently help with excersise to do and how to manouver your self about apparently getting in and out of bed keep your knees together and same with the car (her words were keep a plastic bag in the car sit on it and turn your self round with knees together for ease) ha as if you would do that!! The point is not to straddle your legs - although I always have the feeling of wanting to click my hip out and back so I am always doing it doesnt make it any more or less painful to be honest! x

I had it in my previous preg and was on crutches last 2 months of that pregnancy. This time it got soooo bad again but i refused to be given crutches....so the physio done some manual movement. I came home and as advised sat on a gym ball and i swear by the ball now, it really does help!

i have tried it all!!!
- pain killers
-hot water bottle
- support pillow
- bump band

and I am still in agony :( I even had to be moved at work because i cannot walk to my work station x
