two things.. yoga ball helps a bit.(not much but every bit helps) second thing THE POOL! i get the same pain plus really upper back pain. Crying my eyes out pain. nothing was helping. some one convinced me to try some pool time. now I am addicted. as I sit here and type I am crying cause I hurt so bad. I know relief is two hours away. ( i am going to go just float for an hour or two in the pool) just float, weightlessly. I am cheap and did not want to pay to swim. However dang nabbit I now would pay twice the amount to go to get relief! it lasts anywhere from a couple hours to a couple days after wards the relief. not sure why the difference in times. The relief comes fast though once you are in the pool just hanging by a floaty. it may not help for you, however its so worth the try!
