They can technically have anything...I mean besides obvious allergen type foods. But I think everything in moderation really, I don't know how much sugars that has, but if it's low sugar and high fiber than there really is no reason she couldn't have it everyday if she wanted. If it's a cereal that has quite a bit of sugar I would limit to like a few bites or something, but that's just me I don't let the boys have much sugar at all, even my older ones.
