Sports while planning for pregnency

Hi All,

I am Seena and new to this forum.
I got married in Dec and planning for a baby now.
I play Table Tennis, Badminton and go for Aerobics.
Right now i am not sure if i am carrying or not, so my query is Ïs it safe to play Badminton and do Aerobics when i am planning for baby?
 
It's absolutely safe. :) The only thing you have to worry about in terms of exercising while TTC, is that excessive exercise can cause troubles with ovulation or your cycle in general. But if these are just recreational activities you participate in and you aren't a hardcore athlete who's training for a marathon or anything, you shouldn't have any problems.
 
It's probably better than not, as you are active you should be in great shape for pregnancy :)
