Spotting 4 weeks into pregnancy

I'm not a teenager, I'm 22 but I was pregnant when I was younger and had a miscarriage. I was so happy when I found out I was pregnant 3 days ago. I was due on my period 4-5 days ago. I'm roughly 4 weeks pregnant and ive had period pains and light spotting which I heard is normal? I'm so worried as I miscarried at 9 weeks last time I don't want to go through it again. Has anybody else experienced this?

I've not experienced this but didn't want to read and run. I think it's normal from what I've seen on here. It's only when it's cramps and heavy bleeding that there's a cause for concern.
