Spotting but negative test?

Hey ladies I am wondering if I can get your opinion. I had a tiny bit of spotting two days ago, which is typical the night before AF. I took a test and it was negative (faint line, but blue dye...I know...I know DH bought them) But, it is now two days later and no AF. I am really crampy and my back hurts. According to FF I am two days late for AF and 17 dpo. Last test was taken 15 dpo in the afternoon. I took SI this cycle. Could I still be pregnant?

I would totally test again honey. The spotting could have been the little bean snuggling in!
