Spotting - need reassurance

I just used the bathroom and when I wiped saw some brown tinges. Then I looked in my underwear and there was pinkish red. I know spotting is normal but I've never had it with any of my 3 previous pregnancies so I'm kind of freaking out. I'm so terrified of miscarriage.

I don't think I'm having any cramping, but may be psyching myself into thinking I am, when I guess it could just be round ligament pains.

Have you pushed to poop or had sex in the last day or two? That happens to me a lot. I actually spot red because after having a few babies, my cervix gets super sensitive for the first few months of pregnancy. I hope that's all it is. I know you must be terrified!

Thanks! I did push pretty hard going. Poop today... tmi. Thanks for the reassurance. I was really freaking out thinking something was wrong.

I only ever had brown spotting with my successful pregnancy. try not to worry, stay positive. This whole first trimester thing is trying for us mums to be.
