Spotting?

Is anyone spotting? Not all the time, but occ. since Friday, I wipe some red. It's not enough to get in my panties, just when I wipe. I know it can be normal, but it still kinda bothers me...:/ My hcg numbers keep going up, I just don't know them from Monday yet. Next thu is my next Sono, and it can't get here soon enough!!

Also, is it ok to get a pedicure during the first trimester or not? I didn't know because of breathing in the fumes etc! I can def. wait, I have a gift certificate from my Hubby that I would like to use!

How far along are you? I'm spotting too, but just got my BFP, only 4 weeks along. My best friend who is a nurse midwife told me today not to worry yet, that sometimes, even days past implantation, there can be spotting (because the baby is just burrowing in, so to speak). She said she spotted with all three of her pregnancies.
I'm interested in the answer to the pedicure question too! Hope someone answers!
