Spotting

So i stopped taking my bc in february, i got a normal af in march and my next af isnt due until april 17. The last 3 days i had a little bit of brown spotting and i had massive cramps saturday and sunday. Could this be implantation bleeding?
I took a pregnancy test although im sure its way to early for that and it came out negative.

It could totally be IB!!! The timing is right for sure! FX

The only thing I would watch is how long it lasts. My understanding is that IB lasts only a few days. You said yours has been going on for 3 days already, I would watch if it lasts any longer
