I stopped bleeding around 2 weeks PP.
I'm currently 4 weeks PP & I've had mild period like cramps on & off starting yesterday. Today I started spotting.
I exclusively breast feed, could this be the return of my period so soon? Or could it still be from birth?
Do I need to inform my dr or just mention it at my 6 week check up?
