spotting!

just has brownish and pinkish spotting. I been also having pinching cramps that started on the left now more on my right. Slight back cramps also. Sore nipples not breast. Whats happening?

These could all be symptoms of pregnancy, even the bleeding could be implantation bleeding, which usually happens a few days after fertilization.

But then again, they can all be symptoms of your period. Are you late? How many days?
If you are late, I would take a test to see if you are pregnant.
