Spray tanning ? Yes or no ?

I’m 15 weeks pregnant and I was wondering about spray tanning since I’m so pale and just not feeling so great about myself . Has anyone else spray tanned while pregnant or even went into a tanning bed ?

I think spray tan is ok but definitely no tanning beds. Spray tan doesn’t get absorbed into the blood stream but tannings beds significantly penetrates the skin due to the strong uv and also pushes up the body temperature which can be problematic
