stabbing pains?

I keep getting really bad stabbing pains in my stomach, which ive never had before. Its horrible and painful. Also when i lie on my right side i get a pain in my stomach, but when im sitting up or on my left side or back ect i feel fine. Is this normal?
Im also only six weeks pregnant

Nah not really, its only ususally around bed time when im lieing down
