stacking blocks - how many

how many blocks should a 15 month old be able to stack. i know every baby develops at different speeds...but on average?

riya has stacking cups and can just about manage all 10 now.

my two are about 17 months now and at 15 months Nathan couldn't stack any ( he can stack 7 now lol) and Chloe could stack 8.

i think the guideline is by 18 months they 'should' be able to stack 5 blocks its rubbish though tbh as each child is different

We don't have blocks we have stacking cups and of given them
in the right order he can do all 10 other wise he does 3/4 in a random
order

Connah has the cups too and he can do all 10.He has blocks but he likes to throw them at the dog x

Alex can do 3/4 but he likes to demolish them so i think he could do more!

I think the guidelines are 5 but as above each child is different

Hannah was probably stacking around 8-10 at that point in time
