Okay so I've been wanting to try these classes for a while. I got some girlfriends to sign up with me and our first class was last monday.
From observing the class before I certainly didn't think I would hardly even bust a sweat but goodness was I ever wrong. Our instructor is more about the aerobics aspect of it but there is still a dance component to it. It's a killer workout on the legs that's for sure.
Anyone else doing zumba?
