Purchased a very overpriced 7 pack of home tests. Now after spending some time on the forum I realized there is a better, cheaper way to go. Will defintely be looking into it if I can't nail it this coming month. LOL.

Off the pill now after 13 years. My cycles have been really short - I was surprised about this for sure - thought my body would take alot longer to come around. Cycles being 18-20 days. According to the test kit it states you should start on days 5 or 6. Tomorrow is day 6. Watch with my luck this cycle will be 62 days and I will miss it all, ha.

Would love any insight into this journey as far as my pee stick pictures.

hi appleseed-i first used them yrs ago(im only27!) but werent tryin2conceive then i coudnt use oill etc, but anyway its first time this mth ive used them(been ttc after mc in mar08
)and i went n bought clearblue easy(7) my cycle is 28-29days and cos it was first time i started testing on day 10,by day 13 with getting negs still i missed day14 and got a strong pos day15 and 16,if ur cycle is only 20dayslong u need2start testing asap so u dont miss it!after i used these clearblue i got some ebay cheapies in post,and i knew if i did one it would be neg but i did it just2c if it looked like it says it should, n it did,so i wont b buying cb again,same with hpt!!if u go2 fertilitysolutions.uk they do fantasic prices,i got from them as they advertise on ebay aswell,but goin2her site u dont av2pay postage!r u taking ur temp aswell?? that might help u a little bit,once u av done opk,next mth will be a lot easier,dont worry about it,they show u really good,u wont miss it!!! good luck!!

Of course its a negative for surge. Question - with such a for sure negative do I test again tomorrow? Do you skip a day and then test again? Does the surge happen gradual or am I going to test one day and have a very strong positive after such a strong negative?

ooohh i like this thread, im on cd 11 but irregular cycles so its interesting to see someone elses opks daily too, mite give me some idea of my own. good luck xxx

Kinda disappointed in my pee sticks, but I guess it's gotta happen eventually.
The longer I stare at the lines, the darker they look - but I know they aren't.
Going to keep going though...trying to figure this ovulation thing out.

Day 10 looks the same as Day 9. Won't post a picture. Getting frustrated with the pee sticks - with only 2 left of my seven pack I am wondering if anything will even happen this month. Oh well, husband is not complaining about the that's going on. Ha.
