starting to panic

Hi

We get married on 1st May. I am pregnant and due November.

We booked our wedding in Feb, and so far we have booked and paid deposits on both the church and reception venue. We have booked our evening entertainment. I have my dress here ready, and we have decided on centerpices and the vases for those have been bought.

Thats all we have done!!! We have many ideas and thoughts on things, but thats all we have actually picked and done.

Most of my pregnancy I have been exhausted and I mean proper tired, so nothing much else has been done. And we have been focusing on baby stuff as that will happen before the wedding.

Am I overeacting by starting to panic, or is it time to panic????

Have you got a list of things you need to do / get??

I've been a bit all over the place - I seem to be hopping from one thing to another and my heads just getting all mangled

I need to make a new list and I'm going to try and focus at one thing at a time.

Can you get your MoH or mum involved??

I'm always free if you need help, only up the road & same venue

sweetie, really stop stressing!

You've got plenty of time! I organised ours in 2 weeks! Granted we're not having a big reception (just really dinner with our nearest and dearest, in our favourite restaurant) but that's what we want - I can't cope with loud music and DH hates "family parties".

Honestly, you've got loads of time!

Talk with your OH and decide what you both want, what are must haves, what would be nice, what you're not fussed about and what you don't want, then take it from there xx

sorry I have taken so long to reply... and thanks to you for replying.

we do have a list of things we need to get, we are saving as we go along, so we made a list of what we need and each week we put money away, and write it into the book next to the thing we are saving for. i.e this week its towards dp suit, think its the same next week, then it changes to paying for reception towards the end of the month, and goes on till december, then it changes to something else. (i hope that makes sense and you can keep up with me, lol)

My moh is dps sister and hasnt really made any comments on wedding, dont get we wrong, she is a lovely person, but just hasnt really got involved. my mum is great, she keeps giving us suggestions, and keeps reminding me we need to get back into the planning.

BTW this is my 2nd wedding, so my family where involved a lot in the 1st one (they paid for it) so its a bit old news to them, though they are really pleased I have finally found "the one".

I guess I am just panicing a bit as the baby due mid november, and prob by the time I am upto sorting anything, or have the time to, will be after xmas, then its only 5 months till wedding... arrgghhh.
