  • March 31st-245lbs:cry:
  • April 7th- 239lbs (lost 5lbs:happydance:)
  • April 14th- 235lbs (lost 5lbs:happydance:)
Now heres when it goes bad I went off for a weekend then I got back on then I was off again so when I weighed myself on...
  • April 21st- 235lbs (lost 0 :nope:)
I did not lose or gain but I still did not stay on my diet I kept going on and off so on
  • April 28th- 236lbs:dohh:
This time I actually gained a pound so I decided to post on here maybe this time I will Stick to it. I weigh myself every saturday so thats when I will post what I lost. Wish me luck, I may need help staying motivated

Update- may 5th 232lbs (lost 4lbs)
 
Are you having any carbohydrates?

Not really, im kinda doing paleo/atkins
I eat cheese meat and vegetables.
I do not eat bread, starches, candy/sugar and i dont eat fruit. I only dont eat fruit because i cant stand the taste.
 
Don't feel too bad! I did the same thing this weekend! I have a weighing myself problem though... So I knew I was already down an additional two pounds this past week... And after a very bad day yesterday I ended up gaining back a pound. =( I feel really bad about it as the week before I had lost 4 pounds!

So I'm determined to kick up getting my physical activity level back up and get back on the right track. Regain that control!!

YOU CAN DO IT!!
 
We all have bad days. We wouldn't be normal if we all sailed through losing weight without having a bad day or week. Don't beat yourself up hun.

You can get yourself a ticker which can help you stay on track
 
For me personally I don l;t find cutting out a food group helps. I follow slimming world and it allows all foods. If next week you don;t lose consider another diet maybe
 
So i weighed myself today and i lost 4lbs now i am 232lbs
