April 21st- 235lbs (lost 0 )
I did not lose or gain but I still did not stay on my diet I kept going on and off so on
April 28th- 236lbs
This time I actually gained a pound so I decided to post on here maybe this time I will Stick to it. I weigh myself every saturday so thats when I will post what I lost. Wish me luck, I may need help staying motivated
Not really, im kinda doing paleo/atkins
I eat cheese meat and vegetables.
I do not eat bread, starches, candy/sugar and i dont eat fruit. I only dont eat fruit because i cant stand the taste.
Don't feel too bad! I did the same thing this weekend! I have a weighing myself problem though... So I knew I was already down an additional two pounds this past week... And after a very bad day yesterday I ended up gaining back a pound. =( I feel really bad about it as the week before I had lost 4 pounds!
So I'm determined to kick up getting my physical activity level back up and get back on the right track. Regain that control!!
For me personally I don l;t find cutting out a food group helps. I follow slimming world and it allows all foods. If next week you don;t lose consider another diet maybe
