Steriliser?

Hi ladies
I'm being induced a week Monday
I am planning on breastfeeding this one (my 3rd) exclusively.

I have a awesome pump which I used with the other 2 alongside FF.

Do I need a steriliser for after pumping or will Milton do?

I don't want to buy a big old expensive thing just for the pump!

Milton is fine, I formula fed my first and never owned a steriliser, just used a tub and Milton which we changed every day.

Yeah I got a steriliser and to be honest it was a waste of money as I only used it once or twice.
