Sterilising 11+ months

I still sterilise bottles but only cos my washing up skills are dreadful!

dummies prob get done once a month
 
I've only ever sterilised twice a month. Othertimes, I just wash them in the hottest the water can come out of the faucet and lots of soap. Sometimes I also put them in the dishwasher if im in a hurry.
 
i will stop sterilising stuff when he is crawling, and don't intend on stesilising any weaning stuff. i think some germs are healthy, build up the immmune system!

i used to work in a nursery and we had to used sterilised stuff untill a year unless parents said otherwise, so at about 8 months we would ask if they wanted us to, (cos it made our lifes easier!) i asked one parent and she laughed at em and said no, she stopped steeriliseing when she found him by the back door crunching something in his mouth, and found it was a snail! made me laugh!
