steroid injections

Freaking out I just had back steroid injections yesterday and told the nurse I wasn't pregnant because Im suposed to start this week. Well I just took a home pregnancy test and It came out positive!! I'm going to the dr Tomorrow to see if I'm really pregnant. Does anyone know of any risks regarding spinal steroid injections. I've been getting shots every 4 months due to chronic back pain, I've already had 2 back surgeries. Any advice?!?!?

I'm not sure about spinal injections but I had a high dose for a week due to illness and was told it's safe in pregnancy and I've just had a scan where baby is doing fab. Congratulations on the pregnancy xx
