im only 15 my birthday is in a mounth and i have just found out i am pregnant. and i need all the help i can get, does anyone know any financail help i can claim once im 16?

Hiya hun there is alot of support u can get... have u heard of connexions they are really good. jes google them/u shud also have like a connexions adviser in school they will be able to help u bout the benefits nd stuff. Thankyou, they do have one in the library i think, i should make an appointment with them tomorow i didnt know they advised people on that. im still getting over it but im determined to get it right so i need the information asap.

When you get to 24 plus weeks you get a £500 from the governement and there are various other give aways like milk tokens and fresh fruit and veg, leaflets will be in your nearest antenatal clinic

im only 15 as well and i get milk veg and fruit tokens and my mum claimed the maternity grant for me once i was 29 weeks. but when im 16 i can claim income support and once babies born i can get child benfits. xx
