Hi All,
I had a D&C on December 15th and am still bleeding. It has slowed and then gotten heavy a few times... This week it got extremely heavy and as it was 4 weeks after the loss I thought it might be my period. Then it stopped for a day and now it's back again...
When I saw my OB (who is quite arrogant) at 3 weeks post-D&C and mentioned it he said it was normal to bleed anywhere from 4-6 weeks after but with both of my previous losses I stopped at 2 weeks after.
I feel certain something is wrong but angry I have to wait until the 6 week mark to do anything about it.
Has anyone had a similar situation or heard of bleeding this long and it still being 'normal' without complications?
