Still no news on my booking appointment UK

I'm 8 weeks and been told I can't book as the midwife is fully booked for the next 3 weeks and I need to wait for appointments to come available! And they won't book my scan until they see me!!

Why can the midwife not book you in their and then? Sounds like a stupid system!xx

Sounds like I'm not the only one who's got a silly system then snow owl!

I just don't understand why I have to see a midwife before being referred to the midwives when the GP already took all the info they need for the referral almost 3 weeks ago when I saw her!
