as long as you open a dispute before 40 days is up you should get your money back.
paypal will always go in the buyers favour unless the seller has a tracking number which says they have been delivered and signed for.
how annoying?!

yeah but you need to wait to seller reply and up to 30days for money back sometimes but at least you get money back ah lol

Unfortunately i gifted my payment, so i can't open a dispute My own stupid fault!

It's a shame really as i've bought countless things from mummies in BnB and never had a problem, so i didn't think twice about gifting it, i will in the future though!

If you gifted payment, Paypal won't help normally but if you can get the Police involved they might refund it. It depends how strongly you feel about it though as to whether you do that. I'd probably wait until other ladies see results, hopefully it's just something that has prevented her sending them and she will.

hope someone can help and those who gifted managed to get help some how this is nightmare when stuff like this happened surely if she's having problems she should just contact you most buyers on here are happy with any contact even if it is about delay in products.
