Is it just paracetamol, liquids and rest (where poss)??

Most cold medications are fine to take, but you'll likely want to double check specific brands to be sure.

Check with your pharmacist/a nurse for specifics, but there ARE cold medications you can take. I struggled to find one that was effective for congestion/would help me sleep, but I believe a nurse said some of the cold pills might be OK to take. I wanted to take Nyquil night time but the liquid form has alcohol and in NA even the tiny amount is contraindicated by health care professionals currently.

Yes trying hot water honey & lemon now too & olbas oil on tissue

Will try pharmacist if no better tomorrow. Back to work tomorrow ��
