Stitch like pains (UPDATED)

Hi everyone. I'm 20weeks and 1 day

Basically I have been having really bad Brixton hicks for a few weeks. They wind me and they have be curled in a ball thinking shit could this be labour... I know it's not though and this is my 3rd child.
Anyway I've been having a new pain to add to the bh. And I can't cope with it. It's like a stitch pain in my front to the right side. It hurts alot with an intense radiating burning sensation towards the inside of me.
I get it most days and it's stopping me in my tracks and I struggle to get rid of it.
Today I've had it since about 30mins after I woke up. And it's still there now

Meds aren't getting rid of it and no position is comfortable or a relief. I did the nursery run earlier and cried all the way there and back because it hurt so much

Anyone else get this? I'm trying to work out if it's normal. Also I have an anterior placenta to the right side so u donot know if it's to do with that xx

please ladies do NOT ignore pains! Turns out not to be normal. Was rushed into hospital last night. On gas and air for the pain as they became alot worse.
I have a kidney infection. An undetected utility has traveled up and infected my kidney. It hurts really bad and it will take me 7 days of antibiotics to clear it.

What is the location of the pain?
Lower abdomen or higher up by your ribs/mid back?
I had this back in 2009 with my first baby, and it was gall bladder issues. Sometimes it can also just be muscular and ligaments stretching. I have found that the pain gets more intense with the more babies you have. I'm pregnant with my 4th and have had similar pains etc but they usually go away quick.

The pain is in the front of my body. Between my hip and a ribs. But isn't the hip itself. The pain radiates towards my insides as in under my hip bone. And then round to my spine and belly button. The pain doesn't radiate out if I stay very very still xx

Could it be any sort of intestinal and/ or colon inflammation? If you have a stomach and intestinal infection for example you could get pain like this. Did you take any meds recently or had more problems than usual with certain foods?

I had horrendous pains in my ribs and doen my sides today, but that was on both sides. It was really awful though was crying from the pain
I took a day off work and really relaxed and drank lots of water and I feel better now

I get a lot of stomach pains every day and sometimes it hurts so much i cant move until it stops hurting, i have anterior placenta as well so maybe to do with this.

Just an update. I've been out the house come back had cold water. Had a warm bath. Tried a nap. Still the pain is there

Hope you're better soon. I had contraction like pains the other night, stronger than bh, saw my midwife the following day, also a kidney infection & a weeks worth of antibiotics! At least you've spotted it now x

Oh thank you for updating I'm glad u went in! Persistent pain should never be ignored. My friend had an appendicitis at 16 weeks pregnant. So glad u went in xx

Wow, just read the update. I have a kidney infection too. Doctors ignored me for so long that it got so bad antibiotics would not treat it. Been having it since Christmas and nothing has been able to fully clear it so far, just minimize the infection and pain.
