Stomach upset is it a bug?

I'm about 5 week or so and have been constipated and now upset tummy the cramps like I've got a tummy bug I feel nauseas too I also have bleeding and had a early scan Friday they found a hematomea basically a sack of blood in front of baby I've got a 5 year old and 3 year old and I feel utter rubbish is this a bug or normal or should I worry what can I do to feel better I have to work tomorrow and take the kids to school etc.

It could be a bug and completely unrelated to the baby/bleeding. I had one episode of dirreah after I started bleeding but it was not continuous like a stomach bug would be. Hope you feel better soon and you've just caught a bug. It's not the ideal time but at least if it is a stomach bug then they usually only last 24 hours.

I had diarrhea before my bleed from a hematoma and was lut on progesterone to avoid another bleed and in case of low prigesterone. Have been super constipated since.
