Stopped BCP mid pack TTC

Hi, I'm new to these forums (and all forums in general). My husband and I decided to TTC a little over a week ago (on Mother's Day). I was a week into my pack of pills and just stopped taking them right then and there. I got my period 2 days later and it lasted 3 days. I went to see my Gyno to make sure everything looks good and to get prenatals. She said we should be having sex every other day from the 10th-20th days of my cycle. My period ended this past Wednesday and we had unprotected sex sat and sun. Now yesterday and today I have mild cramps and my lower stomach is a little firm. Similar to how it gets before my period, just really subdued. According to my fertility app I'm not fertile until next week. Is this just the result of my body being confused since I went off the pill?? Please let me know if anyone has experienced something similar. Thanks!!

Welcome! It's an exciting time when you finally decide to try eh? I'm super jealous you had a withdrawal bleed so quickly! Mine took 2 months before I finally had a period. Your body definitly might have some bloating etc etc insert random symptoms since stopping the pill. Give your body some time to re-adjust. I stopped my pills after our honeymoon in October, so Nov. was first month off. Im still praying I regulate. My cycles have been 37-46 ish on average. Hopefully you have better luck than me lol. But Im also not doing anything special to track ovulation yet. Just good old fashioned sexy time with the Huzby.
