Strange AF

Anyone else have any side effects after using Evening Primrose Oil?

I had a very very light AF the other week which was also a week early too!! No pains, sore bbs at all. (at the time I was hoping it could have been implantation but not likely now!)

EPO is the only reason I can explain for it as I only started taking this month for the first time.

u certain it wasnt IB???...... people have reported a 'painless mini period' as IB..i recon u should test 2 rule it out. x

I have and got bfn with different brands

Good thing is that if I think about it like that, that it was my AF then I'm now cd8/9 and have been having loads of cm so maybe ready for ov again?? yippeee!!

Just checking ... you stop taking EPO as soon as you ov right?

i continued to take mine up til i have a pos pregnancy test, theres alot of conflict about epo making your womb contract but the thing is when you are pregnant the hormones it gives off stop the womb from contracting all together, even orgasms cant get it moving!
