Strange Feelings

I've been trying for a baby for three months now. This month I got positive LH surge on and have done the dead several times before and after. I normally get a definate ovulation pain, but this month have just had strange aches. These aches went away, but I've now developed strange sensations and little almost needle pains on my left side and low down.

Is this a bad sign, has anyone experienced similar. I am due in 7 days now.
