strange pain that feels like round ligament pain...

Its been there for sometime now, Feels like period pain/ovulation cramps/ round ligament..

In actual fact if i hadnt got BFN on a test id think i was pregnant.

what could it be?
I havent had my periods back yet, but this pain has been here for atleast 3 weeks.

its not enough to be really bad, just uncomfortable.
I dont want to got to the docs for various reasons and just knida hoping it goes away

I dont think it could be a UTI, It isnt painful to go to the loo...

any ideas

I have a tilted pelvis sij dysfunction, and arthritis and i also get this kind of pain from time to time...i still put it down to ligaments,It feels just like round ligament pain, but i guess it could be with all the other issues i have going on. Did you have back/pelvic troubles in preg? x

Yes, I had SPD from 18 weeks, Guess it could be that then Thanks hun x
