stressed out and still conceived using fertility treatments

Hello ladies

I am wondering how many of you out there were stressed out from work or other stressors, and you could not conceive naturally but with fertility help you did conceive?

I think my stress at work, and my anxiety of wanting a baby so bad is hampering my ttc efforts of 8 months.

I would just like to hear some good stories of how stressed out people actually were able to conceive with some sort of fertility treatment whether it be clomid or iui or whatever!
