Strong period pains 34 weeks

Hello ladies,

Just after some advice, all night last night I had period pains that were really strong, if I wasn't pregnant I would have bet money I was going to come on. They were in back and front and still slightly there and achey. Anyone shed some light on why I had these? I don't think baby has dropped yet ill attach pic. x
