SLC just keep on asking for more evidence....more and more. I think this time I wouldn't be surprised if they ask me for some blood samples or something. They seem to want everything else!

I've found SLC very poor with comms, they lost various documents of mine once sent.

They ask for everything - Edward's birth certificates, all my tax credit stuff AND my child benefit letters (he's over a year old!?), all my bank statements as they have managed to lose the Maternity Allowance letters so now the only way I can prove my income from last year is to send in bank statements with it all highlighted. They want copies of bills to prove we have the outgoings we have....(they want all this AT LEAST once a year, and this is hubby's 4th year as a student so it's a bit dull now lol).

they're useless - I got 4 letters last week (2 for hubby and 2 for me) - neither of mine were actually for anything, they were just letters saying, you need to send stuff. I rang to check exactly what (always do this as it's easier than trying to interpret the letters) and was told they have half the stuff already but it's a standardised letter so they can't control the content What's the point!?

And they appear to have lost my p60s from 2011/12 too which is handy, seeing as they want them AGAIN!!!!
