Stupid debt collectors

I've had a call from a debt collection agency they called me about a year ago for a unpaid t-mobile bill for £30.00 I told them to send me copy of the bill as I'm sure everything had been paid, anyway they never so now they're ringing me everyday telling me if I don't pay it it'll dent my credit rating blah blah blah ....... I've asked them for a copy of the bill again & they say they can't send anything....

What can I do to get rid of them? I don't think I owe the £30 x

id go thru ur bank statements and mark every payment u made to t mobile and say ur contract was for x months and heres proof of x payments.

id also call t mobile n ask them what month they think u didnt pay

I agree... ring T-Mobile. These debt collecting agencies just keep hounding you all the time. If you have no luck and you can find you paid it you could maybe contact the citizans advice bureau as they might be able to get them off your back. xxx

ring the client (tmobile) directly. No point 'telling' them to send you a copy of the bill, perhaps ask them and maybe they will...

They was asked to send a copy of the bill a year ago & again when they're phoning me everyday!

if its from a debt collection agency then it has already damaged your credit rating as companines go to them when you default, which id marked on your file

if you can clear it up with t-mobile you can apply to have your credit file adjusted to remove the default

some sompanies have their own 'debt companies' so the debt hasnt been passed on but they merely want you to think that it has, check out whoever the debt collector is
