Stupid PINK evap on First Signal! UPDATED!

I already posted these pictures in my journal, but I thought I'd get them out here for everyone to see.

I know you're supposed to throw the test away after the time limit, but I always go back to check mine. This one I didn't get back to until 20 hours later, but it had a beautiful evap on it!

The first picture was taken at 10 minutes and the second two were 20 hours later. Make sure to toss the tests when they are done girls!

BTW, no idea what day I o'd, so just ignore the ticker at the bottom... It's CtPs best guess!

Have you retested. I have always got lines on these tests before any other tests even dipping frer in same urine. I wouldn't count yourself out just yet. Those ones keep developing while sitting for a while. Any evaps after the time limit I have ever gotten were always a purplish Grey color. Never pink.

Yea, test again. I got my first lines on FS too. If that is an evap, though, it's a gnarly one. Even if it was long after the time you're supposed to look at it!

Thanks girls! Part of the reason I always double check is because my first ever BFP (back in October 2012) came through on one of those tests 2 hours after the limit. I retested on a First Signal and on a FRER and found out I was pregnant within the time limit! Color me shocked when that happened!

But I wouldn't have expected anything to have developed so much later! I wish I had checked it this morning at 10 hours instead of waiting so long!

Mine always look like that after they have sat there, I just posted on another thread that I always get evaps on those tests that look just like yours.

Ive never had evaps on these.. the start of my first lines loomed like that, and I love those tests!!!

I took the same test!!! Was wondering if it was an evap because it came out about 30 mins later.

I'd never had evaps with those tests either but it's always possible! Have you tested again??

So I took another test last night... I had a tiny something come up in the time limit... Just barely though. I guess I'll have to wait and test this weekend and see if this turns into something.

If that was in the time frame I would be getting a lit excited if it were me. I love first signal tests!

Yeah it came up in the time limit. It's sooo light though... I wish I had some idea what DPO I am... CoundowntoPregnancy has me anywhere from 5-8 DPO.

My last 3 pregnancies I got a really faint bfp on first signal and dollar tree on the evenings of 8 dpo. I even dipped frer in the same urine and not even a hint of a line till the next day. If it is something on these tests by tomorrow you should have something more noticeable. I like second morning urine better than first.

Thanks girls! Babers, I tested in the evenings with my first pregnancy and got clear lines on First signal, but I was (I think) 11-12 DPO then.

Faintest evap looking line when I tweak.. same as yesterday. saw a faint EVAP type line on a FRER.... next month im only going to test after my AF is late!

Isn't the first one (10 minutes) still inside the limit? I see it on that one, those look like my very early BFPs...hope it turns into something darker!

Yup... 10 minutes is within the time limit, but I took another today and got a stark white ... I may test again this weekend, but I think I'm out.

those evap lines aren't even in the area where the lines are. I've got mine from when I was testing it out after my m/c and all of them had the lines in the right spot. As you can see by the picture.
