SUA(Single Umbilical Artery) baby died

My SUA baby boy died in the womb 2 to 3 days before due date. The doctor checked the baby through ultrasound on 20th Feb 2013 and told us to come for labor on 25th(due date). The doctor could not find the baby heartbeat when we admit into hospital that is on 24th. The dead baby is delivered normally. The doctor said this is the first case in her past 8yrs of exp that baby lost after full term pregnancy. The baby weight is 3.4 kg and no abnormality found externally. The baby cord blood is taken for kariotyping(to know genetic abnormalities). I want to know whether it is a doctors problem ? Would baby born fine if delivered through cesarian on 38th or 39th week? will there be any risks in next pregnancy?. I can't express my sorrow in words as we lost full term healthy baby 3 days before due date.... Please advise and give suggestions

I've never heard of a case where the baby died my baby has this condition sua I go for an ultrasound in 2 maybe 3 weeks I'm so sorry this happened but I would think it was the Dr"s fault for not keeping a closer eye on the baby mine will send me every 2 weeks for growth scans and when she stops growing they will induce me again I'm so sorry and no your new pregnancy you should have no concerns its not likely t have 2 with sua
